If you’re not over the moon with your new bag, you have 30 days from purchase to return it to us for a full refund. If something terrible happens after this period, you’re covered by the 1 year warranty for any manufacturing faults. In the event of this happening, we as the seller will;
Replace or repair the product free of charge.
If the repair is impossible or its repair cost equates to or exceeds the price of the original bag, we as the seller reserve the right to replace the item. If the original product is unavailable it shall be replaced with goods of an equivalent value and with similar features.
Unfortunately you’re not covered if damage occurs as a result of any of the following; general wear and tear, misuse of the bag, lack ofreasonable maintenance, accidents, transportation (such as airline handling) or cosmetic damage.
To qualify for a replacement or repair, all you have to do is keep your original order details to prove when the bag was purchased. It’s as easy as that!
