Seems sturdy; was very handy to wheel around the airport but it's good that you can use it as a back pack if wheeling two pieces of luggage is tricky (e.g. on escalators). Whilst 24 litres is a good size for putting underneath the seat in front, I did find that size a bit limiting in terms of what you can fit in - but the next size up wasn't feasible for me to carry as a back pack.

IT IS A GREAT LITTTLE UNDERSEAT CASE, I LIKE THE SOFT SHELL RATHER THAN A HARD CASE. I THINK THE WHEELS COULD BE BETTER, THE HANDLE IS TOO SHORT, I AM 5-6 AND I HAD TO LEAN ON ONE SIDE TO PULL IT. THE WHEELS ARE NOT EASY TO HANDLE, SO PULLING IT IS ALL OVER THE PLACE, ONLY GOING SLOWLY CAN MAKE IT POSSIBLE, WHICH IS DIFFICULT IN AIRPORTS AS EVERYONE IS IN A HURRY.

Size is good for travel. I think it would be better if the wheels can be pushed up and be hidden when switched to rucksack/backpack mode, so that it won't hurt the back of the user. The flap with padding to open for the straps can be used as an inner padding instead too, so that the pull up handle doesn't give much discomfort when using the bag as a 🎒.
